Potato Chips Manufacturing Process:-
सबसे पहले आप potatoes को अच्छी तरह से धोये, इसके बाद potatoes का छिलका निकले। आप knife से or potato peeling machine से भी छिलका निकल सकते हो.अब चिली हुए potatoes को sprays of water से धोये.उसके बाद potatoes के छोटे छोटे टुकड़े करे. आप 0.4 to 0.5 cm thick रख कर ही slicing machine की मदद से potatoes को slice करे. इसके बाद slice किये गए potatoes को cold water में रखे.
इसके बाद आप blanch करे उन् potato slices को 3 से 5 minutes तक boiling water में.अब blanched chips को hydro-extracting machine (centrifugal) में भेजे अतिरिक्त पानी को निकलने के लिए. और उनको 1900°c temperature पर 3-4 minutes तक fry करे.
इसके बाद potato wafers से extra oil को निकले. इसके बाद इनको ठंडा करे और other ingredients like salts, spicy mix करे.और finally potato chips को polythene bags में pack करे and seal करे.
