Properties is actually used for set the system wallpaper, screen saver, appearanc and other color brightness setting.
How to change desktop wallpaper?
Right click on the desktop
Goto properties/personalize
Click on desktop background
Select any one picture
Choose any one picture
And click on save change
How to change screen saver?
Right click on the desktop
Goto properties/personalize
Click on screen saver
Select any one screen saver style
Feed the all type data/matter
Click on the apply button
Finally click ok button
How to change date and time?
Click on the date and time icon.
Click change date and time setting.
Again click change date and time setting.
Modify date and time.
Finally click ok button
Close all type window/diolog/popup
How to make a new folder on the desktop?
Right click on the desktop
Click on new option and select folder
Feed the name of the folder
And finally click blank area on desktop.
How to change folder name?
Right click on folder
Click on rename option
Replace folder name
Finally click blank area on desktop
How to change folder icon?
Right click on folder icon
Click on properties option
Go to customize option
Click change icon option
Choose any one icon an folder
Click on ok button
Finally click apply button
How to hide folder?
Right click on folder icon
Click on hidden option
Click on ok button again click apply

Goto control panel
Choose folder option
Click on view tab
Mark show hidden files.folder and drive
And click an apply button
And again click ok button

Right click on the desktop
Go to peroperties/personalize
Choose any one themes

Right click on the desktop
Click on change mouse pointer option
Click on browse... Button
Choose any one mouse pointer
Click on apply button and ok button
How to change window color?
Right click on the desktop
Go to personalize option
Click on window color option
Select a color of your choice
How to change system sound?
Right click on the desktop
Go to personalize option
Click on sound option
Choose any action from the list of program
Click on test button
Finally click apply/ok botton
How to move taskbar and start menu?
Right click on the desktop
Go to personalize option
Click on taskbar and start menu option
Modify any type information
Finally click apply/ok botton
