Choose print option
Select the name of the printer from the list
Select page range

Feed the number of copy
Click on apply and print button.

Send to - this option is used to send current document at email.

Peroperties - this option is used to get the information such as creation data etc. Of the active file.

Exit - this option is used to close or exit from ms word.

Goto - this option is used to  send the cursor in any particular line.

Object -  this option is used to insert a new active document in the file.

And insert the document.
